Mechanic
The Cursed Status Effect is a debuffing effect applied map-wide as soon as its activation conditions are triggered and emanate from Hex Totems that are conjured by the Killer equipping one or multiple Hex Perks.
The specific effects applied by Cursed depend on the Hex Perks that are equipped by the Killer and apply for as long as a Perk's associated Hex Totem![]()

remains standing.
Survivors can remove the Cursed Status Effect by finding Hex Totems and either cleansing or blessing them.
