The Onryō must be visible on the Survivor's screen while Manifesting for this Add-on to trigger.
- If she Manifests behind a Survivor or if they happen to be looking away, they are not considered witnessing the Manifestation.
Projecting through a TV is not considered a Manifestation for the purpose of this Add-on and does not trigger its activation.
This is a reference to the Ring where 4 kids (The first 4 kills in the movie) have a picture where their faces are extremely distorted.
